Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Sahyog website and beta services. By using Sahyog, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Continued use after we update these Terms means you accept the changes.
2. Beta status
Sahyog is currently in beta / early access. Features may change, break, or be unavailable. Campaign discovery, matching, dashboards and payment workflows are being introduced in phases and may not yet be fully available.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable Indian law and provide accurate information during onboarding.
4. Creator accounts
Creators may register with profile details such as Instagram handle, location, niche and follower range. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for content you create for any future collaborations.
5. Brand accounts
Brands may register with company and campaign preference details. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information and for any campaign briefs you later publish through Sahyog.
6. User-provided information
You agree not to submit false, misleading or unlawful information. Sahyog may review, suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Campaigns and campaign terms
When live campaigns become available, individual campaign terms (deliverables, timelines, payouts and usage) will govern each collaboration. Until then, onboarding does not create a binding campaign agreement with brands or creators.
8. Demo / example campaigns
Campaign cards, creator examples and product previews on the website are demonstrations only. They are not live campaigns, confirmed brand partnerships, or offers you can accept today.
9. Payment terms
Payment functionality is not fully live during early beta. When payments launch, applicable fees, payout schedules and release conditions will be shown in the product. Do not assume payouts are available until confirmed in-product.
10. Payment protection workflow
Sahyog is designed for a payment-protection workflow in which campaign funds may be reserved before a creator starts work. This is a planned product approach — not a current financial guarantee. Final terms will be published when payments launch.
11. Prohibited behaviour
- Misrepresenting identity, audience or business details
- Attempting to access other users’ data without authorisation
- Harassment, fraud, spam or illegal activity
- Interfering with platform security or infrastructure
12. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you create. You grant Sahyog a limited licence to use information you submit as needed to operate and improve the beta service. Sahyog branding and website materials remain Sahyog’s property.
13. Account suspension / termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using Sahyog at any time and may request data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahyog is provided “as is” during beta. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, unavailable features, demo content, or third-party platforms (including Google and Instagram).
15. Third-party services
Sahyog uses services such as Google Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
16. Changes to the service
We may modify, pause or discontinue features as we build. We will try to communicate material changes where practical.
